Active National Guardsman Supports Protesters … In His Uniform

First of Many Active Service Members to Support Protesters

Everyone knows that retired members from every branch of the military support the protesters.
Yesterday, the first report surfaced of an active service man supporting the protesters … in uniform:
An active-duty black National Guardsmen in uniform showed up in Liberty Plaza less than two days after Oakland police brutalizeda U.S. marine Iraq war veteran in the crackdown on Occupy Oakland. He allowed people to take his photo and quite a few people made it a point to personally thank him and shake his hand.  www.washingtonsblog.com/2011/10/active-national-guardsman-supports-protesters-in-uniform.html

In Washington, demonstrators marched in sleet to the U.S. Treasury to urge higher taxes on the financial sector, beating a drum and chanting “Banks got bailed out, we got sold out!”  news.nationalpost.com/2011/10/30/occupy-wall-street-new-york-snow-puts-chill-on-protesters/

Meet the Guy Who Snitched on Occupy Wall Street to the FBI and NYPD

The Occupy Wall Street protests have been going on for a month. And it seems the FBI and NYPD have had help tracking protesters' moves thanks to a conservative computer security expert who gained access to one of the group's internal mailing lists, and then handed over information on the group's plans to authorities and corporations targeted by protesters. gawker.com/5850054/meet-the-guy-who-snitched-on-occupy-wall-street-to-the-fbi-and-nypd

5TH OF November Manifesto

Manifesto
We, the People, hereby invoke our First Amendment Right; the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Having exhausted all of the other tools available within the Constitution of the United States; we have no further regress to consider, beyond our means in keeping with peace and nonviolence, than to amend the Constitution or to consider it completely dissolved. www.dailykos.com/story/2011/04/07/964431/-5th-of-November

Occupy Wall Street: Like the Tea Party it Should Be Taken Seriously

Over the past month the country has experienced a wave of protests throughout its most prominent cities, and some less prominent cities known as Occupy Wall Street (OWS).  Discussion surrounding OWS has been met with mixed reviews, some praising it for its call for accountability by Wall Street and some with skepticism over its organization and unified message, or rather lack thereof.   www.philly2philly.com/politics_community/politics_community_articles/2011/10/29/47964/occupy_wall_street_the_tea_party_it_

Busting The Bankers

By Frank Whalen -
What would happen if every American withdrew their money from major global-oriented banks and then deposited it in neighborhood credit unions or local financial institutions? To then send an even clearer message, what if these transactions occurred on Nov. 5—Guy Fawkes Day—a date made famous by the rebellious Hollywood movie V for Vendetta?Bank Transfer Day

Want To Defeat The Banks? Stop Participating In The System!

In Franz Kafka’s most popular work “The Trial”, his characters relate a short parable which has fascinated and confused curious readers for generations. That parable is entitled “Before The Law”, and its message has been interpreted, reinterpreted, and agonized over by the labyrinthine contrariness of academia, producing numerous conflicting views:  www.alt-market.com/articles/301-want-to-defeat-the-banks-stop-participating-in-the-system
